RUFORUM the Center for Renewable Energy and Climate Actions (CRECA) is implementing a 12-month initiative titled Integrating Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) Across the Rice Value Chain in Liberia (I-CARL Project).The goal of the I-CARL Project is to transform Liberia’s lowland rice sector into a climate-resilient, inclusive, and market-driven value chain that enhances youth employability, enterprise development, and livelihood sustainability.  This will be achieved through the integration of climate-smart agriculture, digital innovation, and community-based capacity building, in alignment with TAGDev 2.0 priorities.
